DMG MORI DMU 160 P Universal Machining Center in heavy-duty portal / duoBLOCK design for 5-axis positioning and simultaneous machining.
Equipped with Heidenhain TNC640 control and designed for high-precision heavy-duty machining in tool, mold, and mechanical engineering.
Large working area with integrated NC rotary table and controlled B-axis milling head for complex 5-axis machining. The machine concept is designed for maximum rigidity, thermal stability, and high long-term accuracy.
The machine features SK50 spindle technology, a wheel magazine with 63 tool positions, and a double gripper system. Through-spindle coolant supply and extensive measurement and process optimization systems are available.
