If a machine is listed as “unchecked”, it means that ReMach has not verified the functionality of the machine.

Therefore, no guarantee can be provided regarding the technical functionality of the equipment.

Dismantling and Loading of Machines

Whether dismantling, loading, or transport are included in the price depends on the specific offer.

The sales conditions clearly indicate which services are included and which must be organized separately.

If required, ReMach can assist in planning and coordinating service providers for dismantling and transport.

The abbreviation D+V stands for Dismantling and Loading of the machine.

This service may include the following steps:

  • Machine preparation and picking
  • Dismantling of the equipment
  • Removal from the production hall
  • Loading onto a truck
  • Assistance with load securing

Please note that sea freight packaging is not included in D+V services and must be arranged separately.

Load securing materials must be provided by the party collecting the goods.

Binding D+V costs mean that dismantling and loading costs are mandatory.

These services are considered part of the overall project costs and apply regardless of the final purchase price or the type of collection.

Such costs may also apply in cases of self-collection if preparatory work such as dismantling or packaging has already been carried out.

For certain machines, buyers may choose whether dismantling and loading should be carried out by ReMach.

If this option is not selected, the machine will be sold “ex foundation”.

This means:

  • Dismantling and loading must be carried out by the buyer
  • Tools and forklifts must be organized by the buyer
  • ReMach will not load the machine

Transport and Logistics

In most cases, the buyer is responsible for organizing the transport.

However, upon request, ReMach can check whether transport can be arranged or supported.

Yes. Our team can recommend experienced logistics providers specialized in transporting machines and industrial equipment.

This term means that the machine will be prepared for transport and loaded onto the buyer’s truck at the collection site.

If required, ReMach can also organize the entire transport process.

Yes, provided the goods are suitable for parcel shipping.

In such cases, you will receive a corresponding shipping or transport quotation.

The required documentation depends on the location of the goods.

In general, the current EU regulations for intra-community deliveries apply. In certain cases, a deposit may be requested, which will be refunded once the required proof of delivery has been provided.

A CMR consignment note is required for cross-border road transport of goods.

The CMR document serves as official proof of transport between different countries.

Exporting machines means that goods are sold or transported across national borders to another country.

Within the European Union (EU)

Within the EU single market, a traditional export declaration is generally not required, as the movement of goods between member states takes place freely.

Exports to third countries (outside the EU)

When exporting to countries outside the EU, the shipment must be declared to customs. Depending on the type of machine, its origin, and the destination country, additional permits or documentation may be required.

Export control and BAFA regulations

Companies that export machines or act as intermediaries in international trade are required to comply with German export control regulations. These include, in particular, the rules of the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA).

This includes, among other things:

  • Checking whether a machine is subject to export control regulations
  • Compliance with embargo regulations and sanctions lists
  • Applying for export licenses where required
  • Ensuring the lawful end use of the exported goods

Responsibility for complying with these regulations generally lies with the exporting company.

The exact collection period is specified in the respective sales or delivery conditions.

Once payment has been received, a ReMach representative will contact you to coordinate the collection date and discuss the logistical details.
